The Atlanta Concert Band presents "American Mosaic: Sounds from the City to the Heartland." The Band will be joined by joined by Jessica Tillem, Temple Emanu-El's own cantorial soloist, for an afternoon of joyous music. Works by Gershwin, Bernstein, and Copland will be featured, as well as klezmer music.

About Jessica Tillem, voice

Jessica Tillem was born and raised in Northeast Georgia where she enjoyed a strong Jewish upbringing through her hometown synagogue, Congregation Children of Israel in Athens, GA. Jessica has been working as a professional vocalist for over 10 years. After studying musical theatre at the University of Alabama with additional music education from NYU and Theatre Academy of London, she performed around the world on multiple cruise lines and toured the United States with several renowned corporate bands. Upon returning to the Atlanta area she has come back to her musical foundation in Judaism and has been serving in as Cantorial Soloist for multiple synagogues.
