One of Gilbert & Sullivan's earliest collaborations, Trial by Jury is a one-act lampoon of the legal system. When a jilted lover files a breach of promise lawsuit against her former fiancé, the wheels of justice go off the track. Between a weepy plaintiff, slick defendant, loony jury and a wonderfully eccentric judge, these proceedings are most irregular... and hilarious. About Young Victorian Theatre Company

Young Vic is Baltimore's Gilbert & Sullivan company. We began in 1971 as an enthusiastic group of high school students and have evolved into an acclaimed and full-fledged performing arts organization today.
