The Northwest Symphony Orchestra begins this New Year with our ever-popular themed Valentines Concert. This year's concert will take place on Friday, February 7, at 7:30pm at the Highline Performing Arts Center. From the Romantic period, we will perform Brahms's Symphony No. 3 and Grieg's Wedding Day at Troldhaugen. The concert will also feature Edward Elgar's lovely Chanson de Nuit, One Happy Overture (world premiere) by local composer Huntley Beyer, and once again we partner with Key to Change to feature a student soloist—Mason Nguyen.
