Ensemble Audax is excited to present an evening of pieces from the Italian and German Baroque for ensembles both small and large. During these vernal times, let the compositions of Anna Bon bring fire to your humors and the meditative harpsichord solos of Froberger allow your senses space for reflection.

Ensemble Audax is joined for the second half of the evening by violinist Brandon Vance, with Daniel Frizzell and Taro Kobayashi on theorbo and baroque guitar filling out the continuo section. This full band will perform a lovely and intimate Handel Trio Sonata (B minor, HWV 386b) accompanied by two rousing and humorous Vivaldi Chamber Concerti (D minor, RV 96; G minor, RV 106)

Featuring: Greg Smith (harpsichord), Cyrus Roat (bassoon), Thomas Reyna (flute), Chris Briden (viol), Brandon Vance (violin), Daniel Frizzell (theorbo), and Taro Kobayashi (guitar).

Tickets will be sold at the door, sliding scale $15-$30 per person.
