Join us for the special program featuring an evening of music by Ukrainian composers. All proceeds raised for this concert will go to the Leleka Foundation, which provides first aid kits for emergency medical responders and frontline fighters in Ukraine.
Attending June 30 at Andante Vineyard:
- Reservations are required. Wine Club members receive first access.
- There is a 6 ticket limit per reservation for this concert.
- Wine will be available for purchase by the bottle. We'll provide the stemware.
- A waitlist will be available when all spots for this event are claimed.
- The venue will open at 6pm and the music will begin at 7pm
- Tickets for this event are non-refundable and but can be transferred if needed.

About Crystal Zimmerman, piano
Crystal Zimmerman teaches piano classes and individual piano lessons, as well as courses in music technology at Willamette University. Throughout her studies she has been the recipient of several awards and scholarships, receiving the University of Oregon Outstanding Scholar in Musicology and the University Outstanding Scholar in Music in 2010. She maintains an active performance schedule, frequently performing in collaborative, chamber music, and solo recitals. She also regularly provides preconcert lectures for the Oregon Symphony and lectures for Oregon Music Teachers Association.

Valentyn Lysenko brings back to life the 17th-century bandura, the iconic Ukrainian psaltery. He graduated from Kyiv National Music Academy. Valentyn is a master builder of his own instruments. Valentyn has appeared as a headliner on numerous events in Ukraine and the United States including live TV shows, solo and gala concerts, and art exhibitions. He performs classical works for the academic bandura and variations of folk music as well as his own compositions. The unique and wonderful sound of Valentyn's bandura creates a lofty and festive atmosphere.
