About Carillon Chamber Choir

The Carillon Chamber Choir was founded by Jim Peterson and Joshua Sibley in 2014 as a program of the Kirkland Academy of Music and Performance. The Choir brings together singers of all ages and backgrounds to perform challenging chamber repertoire ranging from Renaissance polyphony to Bohemian Rhapsody. Past performances have included 'Gloria' by Antonio Vivaldi, 'Miserere' by Gregorio Allegri, and 'Te Deum' by Joseph Haydn, as well as a wide range of international music. Since 2016, the Choir has performed every year as the headlining group at the Leavenworth Tree Lighting Festival, opening the ceremony in front of 15,000 people. Carillon Chamber Choir welcomes singers ages 14 to 104.
