We welcome back Hilary Hahn to perform Brahms’ epic Violin Concerto. The Polish composer Witold Lutosławski used folk melodies to intriguing effect in his Concerto for Orchestra, making instrumental colors the engine of a virtuosic vehicle for the entire ensemble.
