This concert features three pianists, Vered Reznik, David Iskowitz, and Dennis Malone, who all had long mentorships with Sophia Rosoff. They are joined by their current and past students Arnav Landge, Claire Tsai, Leo White, and Will Healy. They will perform works for four hands by Fauré, Saint-Saëns, Schumann/Bizet and Smetana along with solo works by Mendelssohn, Beethoven, Chopin, Debussy, Ravel, and Sato Matsui.

About David Iskowitz, piano

​David Iskowitz grew up in Metuchen, and has been the School Director and a piano teacher at the Westerhoff School of Music & Art since its founding in 1998. Mr. Iskowitz is also adjunct professor of music at Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, where he teachers piano, chamber music and is staff accompanist. He is an active performer, as solo pianist and often in collaboration with instrumentalists and singers. He performs regularly with faculty members at WSMA, at Drew, and in other local venues in the tristate area. He is a graduate of the Peabody Conservatory of John Hopkins University.

About Dennis Malone, piano

Dennis Malone holds a Master's degree from Yale University and a Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. His teachers include Marion Hall, Donald Currier, and Sophia Rosoff. He is a certified Suzuki teacher with students ranging from four-year-old beginners learning together with their parents to students at a very advanced level, and teaches at the Crestwood Music Education Center in Scarsdale, NY.
