Our program will continue to dazzle, with Adam Eccleston's mesmerizing flute performance in Bulla's Rhapsody for Flute and Wind Ensemble. Grace Baugher's poignant Remembering the Remarkables pays tribute to extraordinary individuals in the women's suffrage movement, while Tchaikovsky's stirring Finale from Symphony No. 4 captivates with its grandeur of the Romantic symphony era.

About Adam Eccleston, flute
Adam Eccleston has appeared Oregon Symphony and other orchestras. At 19 years old, he made his solo debut in New York performing Borne Carmen Fantasy for Flute and Orchestra. Eccleston has been awarded top prizes in competitions for which he was featured at Carnegie Hall. He was the Artist in Residence for All Classical Portland radio station for two years and currently sits as Chair of the Recording Inclusivity Initiative, which brings to light music of underrepresented composers.
A firm supporter of arts education, Eccleston has worked extensively with many social change organizations including BRAVO Youth Orchestras, where he is the Program Director. BRAVO is an El Sistema inspired music program based in Portland, Oregon that serves over 600 students. He is a faculty member with the Global Leaders Program that empowers arts changemakers to grow organizations that impact communities.
Eccleston plays on a 14K White Gold Powell flute and a handmade Tigerwood Powell piccolo.

An award winning vocalist, pianist, conductor, and composer, Garrett Bond holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Theory & Composition from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota, a Master's of Music degree in Choral Conducting, and recently achieved a second Master degree in Collaborative Piano both from Portland State University. Currently, Garrett stays active within Portland as a freelance musician singing with Cappella Romana, Portland State University, the Oregon Symphony, and Pink Martini along with others. He serves as President of the Board of Directors for the Bells of the Cascades, he is a founding member of Chanticleer's newly formed Vocal Consort, and is an active educator and clinician within Portland Public Schools and surrounding districts.
