This FREE annual concert, in Seattle's world-class Benaroya Hall, is a "Birthday Celebration for America" and will feature a variety of festive American classics, both old and new. The program includes works by John Philip Sousa, Katahj Copley, Carolyn Bremer, Duke Ellington, and more.
Seattle Wind Symphony is a premiere wind band in the Pacific Northwest, connecting people in the greater Seattle and Puget Sound community through vibrant, accessible, and captivating performances. Conducted by Dr. John Falskow, Seattle Wind Symphony strives to engage our community through presenting a diverse array of composers and music styles. The Seattle Wind Symphony Chorus is directed by Dr. Linda Gingrich. Dave Beck of Classical King returns as Master of Ceremonies.
