Steinway Artist Leann Osterkamp is the founder of Mozart & Mutts, a Seattle-based classical concert series that benefits Saving Great Animals, a 501c(3) organization aimed at rescuing, rehabilitating, and finding the right home for dogs. 100% of proceeds from the events go towards saving the lives of rescue dogs.
Partnering with Classic Pianos Bellevue and generous dog-friendly venues throughout the greater Seattle area, these events provide diverse world-class classical music in fun unexpected environments, suited for you and your dog(s) to enjoy together. Steinway Artist Dr. Leann Osterkamp He is a passionate educator with an impressive performance/recording career. A Presidential Scholar of the Arts (Obama) and an international competition winner, she is a frequent conference lecturer. Formerly faculty at Juilliard, she currently owns RioPiano, an international online education company and is the founder/concert artist of Mozart & Mutts, a Seattle-based concert series that benefits SGA by creating world-class classical music events in fun untraditional venues to be enjoyed by everyone and their dog(s).

Dr. Sarah Pizzichemi (DMA, MM, BM) is a versatile and passionate violinist and educator with a global presence as a soloist, chamber musician, and orchestral performer. She is a founding member of the Skyros Quartet, established in 2010, and co-creator of the nonprofit Constellation Creatives. The quartet has performed across Asia and North America and is active in teaching in the Pacific Northwest.
Sarah co-directs Chamber Music Guild, a nonprofit with many educational programs, and co-hosts The Counterpoint Club podcast. She is also the co-founder and owner of Evergreen Music Press, which aims to broaden string and chamber music education.
Sarah maintains the award-winning Pizzichemi Violin Studio, where her students regularly achieve significant accolades. She has held key positions with several orchestras, including concertmaster of the Saratoga Orchestra and Seattle Collaborative Orchestra, and co-concertmaster of the Pacific Northwest Conducting Institute.
Sarah earned her Bachelor of Music and Master of Chamber Music from the University of Texas at Austin and her Doctor of Musical Arts from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, focusing on string quartet performance. Her research on violinists Maud Powell and Maddalena Lombardini contributes to feminist musicology and pivotal moments in music history, and her mentors include many of the world's leading violinists and string quartets.

Violist Rose Hashimoto grew up in Seattle, lived and worked in New York City for 15 years, and recently returned to the Seattle area. Rose has performed with ensembles including A Far Cry, Shattered Glass Ensemble, the Thalia Quartet, the Aeolus Quartet, and the Argus Quartet; as a soloist with the Mannes Orchestra; and at music festivals including Icicle Creek, Birdfoot Chamber Music Festival, Manchester Summer Chamber Music, Yellow Barn, Taos, and Kneisel Hall. She played with the Experiential Orchestra on the Grammy-winning recording of Ethel Smyth’s The Prison and on A Far Cry’s Grammy-nominated album, Visions and Variations. Rose earned a B.M. from Juilliard and an M.M. and Professional Studies Diploma from Mannes College.
Rose is a dedicated educator who received Suzuki training from School for Strings in New York. She currently serves on the faculty at the Suzuki Institute of Seattle and Kaleidoscope School of Music in Issaquah. She previously taught at Lucy Moses School, the Preparatory Center for the Performing Arts at Brooklyn College, and Harmony Program.
