Sam Klapper

Sam Klapper offers an eclectic feel to music of all kinds on his violin by fusing the acoustic, electric, cultural, and the avant-garde. His studies range from working with California-based teachers such as Igor Veligan & Antoine Van Dongen to performing in the underground West Coast bass electronic music scene on violin with producers such as Lavender Fields & Blissai. He is deeply influenced by intersectional artists of all kinds: Prince, Chick Corea, Jennifer Higdon, Kamasi Washington, Matt Haze, G Jones, Tsuruda, as well as many artists from the Wormhole Music crew. Samuel also has a BA in Political Economy from UC Berkeley which landed him on the path of the hermeneutical endeavor to fuse horizons through his art on both an intellectual and spiritual level.
