As part of its “Sparks of Glory” series of free concerts-with-commentary at the Seattle Art Museum, Music of Remembrance presents a program featuring works by two American and two Israeli composers whose work touch on the emotional struggle of loss and destruction, and the renewal of self and community.
Works by Eugene Levitas, Marc Lavry, Lori Laitman, and David Stock performed by some of Seattle’s stellar instrumentalists, many drawn from the Seattle Symphony.
