Seattle Baroque’s new music director, Alexander Weimann, leads the orchestra in the season’s opening concert, a program devoted to the power and majesty of water, both literally and as a metaphor for man’s fortunes. Featured works are Telemann’s Overtures Hamburg Ebb and Flow and La Bourse, alongside Handel’s immortal Water Music.

Admission: $39 ($20 students/$25 discount side-section seating)
