Viola da gamba virtuoso Jordi Savall collaborates with bodhran player Frank McGuire to create a tapestry of English, Irish, Scottish, and American music that blurs the line between folk and classical music. Folk traditions of the British Isles inspired Renaissance and Baroque composers as illustrated in this lively program of humors, marches, galliards, reels, and jigs.

Admission: $39 ($20 students/$25 discount side-section seating)

Presented by the Early Music Guild of Seattle.
