If all the summer weather makes you want to turn your frown upside down, here’s the chance to keep acting like Little Miss Sunshine! This month’s show kicks off Opera on Tap’s first happy hour performance with works from Der Rosenkavalier, Semele, I Puritani, Candide, Faust and much, much more.
“We want to celebrate the summer sunshine!” said this month’s Opera on Tap organizer and Managing Diva Melissa Plagemann. “The combination of lovely weather plus Hula Hula’s tropical atmosphere will make this show a very happy occasion!”
The evening’s singers include baritone Ryan Bede, Managing Divo/tenor Robert McPherson, Managing Diva/mezzo Melissa Plagemann and Managing Diva/sopranos Kim Giordano and Ksenia Popova along with soprano Jessica Noronha. Even happier is your chance to stay after the performance and sing karaoke with the opera singers. Only Opera on Tap keeps the sun shining well into the evening.
