The experimental New York School of composers spawned a wealth of avant-garde works. In this program, Christian Wolff’s For Bob honors the famed painter Robert Rauschenberg and Morton Feldman’s Rothko Chapel is a moving tribute to Mark Rothko. Also included are works by fellow New York School composers John Cage and Earle Brown.

This concert is dedicated to Robert Rauschenberg.
