American pianist Jonathan Biss returns to Meany Hall for an encore performance following his stunning recital last season. “One of the most striking North American pianists of the new generation” (Toronto Globe and Mail), Biss is also known for his highly innovative online course on Beethoven’s piano sonatas, which has attracted many thousands of learners over the past several years. Biss’ program, “The Late Style,” explores the late works of Beethoven, Brahms and Kurtag.
