Pacific MusicWorks is thrilled to bring this spectacular performance of the intimate chamber cantatas of Agostino Steffani to Seattle as part of a 7-city CD release tour.
PMW Artistic Director Stephen Stubbs, who is also Artistic Co-Director of the Boston Early Music Festival, is joined by his colleagues Amanda Forsythe, Emoke Baráth, Colin Balzer, and Christian Immler with a colorful continuo team to present this emotionally charged and powerful program dedicated to the music of one of the most important composers between Monteverdi and Handel.
