Indulge your senses as you experience the connection between music and food as each course features music for flute and strings. Andrea Ryan from Damoori Kitchen will present four courses of gourmet Lebanese cuisine inspired by the music being performed.

Bright, colorful charcuterie plates mimic the cheerful melodies of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. Enjoy different mezze (appetizers), the "journey of the meal," as the music of the Roussel wanders through different moods. A modern twist on Fattoush (Lebanese salad) echoes the transformation from longing to peace portrayed in the Foote piece. A World I Loved, a piece by Mohammed Fairouz written for Western instruments, echoes the traditional Lebanese main dish of chicken, rice, and vegetables – familiar food offered in new flavors.

Please join the Sustain Music project on this special night as they experience a delightful marriage of sound and taste.

Tickets to the event include a fully-catered meal by Damoori Kitchen.
