The Coleman Violin Studio is one of the premier violin studios in the nation. It was originally founded by Kent and Jan Coleman who, together, developed a unique teaching system that consistently produced the best young violinists in the Pacific Northwest. After Kent’s untimely death in 2007, Simon James joined the studio to work along side Jan Coleman expanding performance opportunities and bringing a fresh perspective for the future of the studio.
