To prepare you for this incredible festival, SCMS and Town Hall Seattle present a special preview discussion and performance celebrating the work of Central European composers including Georges Enescu, Antonín Dvořák, and Zoltán Kodály. Conductor and composer William C. White takes the stage to explore the lives of these musical titans and to offer you a preview of works featured on the upcoming SCMS Summer Festival. Then pianist Angela Drăghicescu takes her place at the piano for a culminating performance based on her extensive study of the music of Geroges Enescu.
