Art inspires art. The Auburn Symphony Orchestra season opening concert brings back Seattle artist Adrian Wyard and his stunning visuals as the ASO performs Modest Mussorgsky’s epic Pictures at an Exhibition. “The Gnome,” “Ballet of the Unhatched Chicks,” “The Market,” and more are brought to life with Wyard’s visuals. Also featured is the Overture to Ruslan and Lyudmila by Mikhail Glinka and Adam Schoenberg’s Grammy-nominated Picture Studies – a Pictures at an Exhibition for the 21st century.
Tickets: $37 ($30 seniors, $10 students)
