Mae Lin joined the Seattle Symphony in 2008. Having grown up in Bellevue, she was very excited to return home to join her hometown symphony. She previously served as Associate Concertmaster of the Evansville Philharmonic Orchestra and Artist in Residence at the University of Evansville with the Eykamp String Quartet. Lin received a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music in Performance from The Juilliard School, where she studied with Naoko Tanaka, and was the recipient of the Irene Diamond Scholarship.
Eric Han made his concerto debut with the Toronto Symphony Orchestra at the age of 14. Following his debut, he had many engagements with Toronto Sinfonietta, Toronto Chamber Players, and Boston’s Symphony by the Sea. Han has participated at various festivals including the Moritzburg Festival, La Jolla SummerFest, Music@Menlo, and Sarasota Music Festival, among others. Han studied with David Hetherington at the Glenn Gould School, and holds a Bachelor of Music from the Colburn School of Music under the tutelage of Ronald Leonard. Han is a recent graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, where he studied with Peter Wiley and Carter Brey. Han plays on a cello made by Frank Ravatin on generous loan to him by the Maestro Foundation.
Jessica Choe began her musical studies at the age of three in Seoul, South Korea where she was a prize winner in several national piano competitions. After immigrating to the US at the age of nine, she performed throughout the continental United States including the Kennedy Center, Tanglewood, Lincoln Center, and Wolf Trap. Jessica has won numerous awards in the US including the Beethoven Society of America Piano Competition, the Baldwin Competition, the Henbest Piano Competition, the Bartok-Kabelevsky International Piano Competition, and the Steinway Society Piano Competition. Jessica earned degrees at the Peabody Conservatory of Music and The Juilliard School, where she studied with Herbert Stessin, Benjamin Pasternack, and Eleanor Sokoloff.
