Seattle Festival Orchestra is an all-volunteer community orchestra that presents concerts to delight and engage a 21st century audience. With diverse programming, SFO creates space for its audience to experience the catharsis of the wide range of emotions available in orchestra music, to feel with their musicians the joy and sorrow, wonder and ecstasy of their art. In order to create an engrossing concert experience, SFO consistently breaks down barriers between performer and audience and seeks out opportunities for audience engagement. SFO believes strongly in universal access to the arts by providing family-friendly concerts for kids, young soloists, and side-by-side performance opportunities for local high school students.

Bring the kids! SFO puts on a special show just for their younger audience that’s geared to maximize their enjoyment while providing a fulfilling musical program for the whole family. Bobby Collins, SFO music director, will take your through a musical journey you’re sure to learn a thing or two from. During intermissions, you can take a photo with the SFO at their free photo booth, or you can try out a musical instrument from one of the SFO's very own musicians in their musical instrument petting zoo!

Tickets: $18 ($14 seniors, $5 ages 5-18, FREE under age 5)
