Composers in Focus offers audiences a rare opportunity to sit in on intimate conversations between composers and musicians with a pre-recorded performance of their music featuring CMS artists.
Vijay Iyer, an influential, prolific, shape-shifting presence in twenty-first-century music sits down with violinist Kristin Lee to discuss his inspiration and influences over the course of his innovative and multi-faceted career as a composer and pianist. He also joins Kristin to perform and discuss his work The Diamond.
