Pianist Hyejin Cho has established a concert series of piano works by Robert Schumann in six different states – Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Wisconsin, and Utah. This concert is a part of her tour in the 2021-2022 season to celebrate her January 2022 album release. In this concert, Cho will be playing R. Schumann’s piano works including the Papillons, Op. 2 which will be paired with a newly composed work by Victor Marques-Barrios as a modern response to the Papillons, Op. 2 (world premiere).
