The Pierce College Concert Band is back with director, Dr. Kaitlin Bove, for a Sunday matinee concert in their first live performance since November 2019! The show will feature wind band classics including Holst’s First Suite in E-flat, Márquez’s Danzón No. 2, and a medley from Bernstein’s West Side Story in addition to new works by Giovanni Santos and Haley Woodrow. The band will also premiere a new piece by composer Allison Loggins-Hull based on the Chicago L-Train: The Loop for flexible wind band and electronic track! The program will round out with holiday favorites to put you in a festive mood!
