2022 PLU Guitar Festival
$60 ($50 senior, $30 students grade 6-college undergraduate, $10 PLU student)

Designed for guitar enthusiasts of all levels, the PLU Guitar Festival will feature hands on Classical and Jazz guitar workshops, lectures and concerts with PLU guitar faculty members Elizabeth CD Brown and Dr. Stephen Howland alongside exciting guest faculty and performers. Festival participants will have the opportunity to rehearse and perform with the Festival Guitar Orchestras, with music available in advance.
All events take place at Pacific Lutheran University, in the Mary Baker Russell Music Center, with concerts held in the exquisite Lagerquist Concert Hall.
As of Saturday, March 12, 2022 the PLU campus has moved to a mask-optional policy in concert with changes at the state level and recommendations of the Tacoma-Pierce County Health Department. In addition, the university will no longer mandate proof of vaccination for visitors attending campus events.
