This concert's repertoire will consist of two beloved pieces: And All Shall Be Well by Giselle Wyers, and No Bridges: Vashon Suite by Bronwyn Edwards. These are the two major works that the Chorale commissioned in the past few years. They have been requested as "repeats" by many people. Giselle's composition deals with legacy and what we leave behind, but in a brilliantly life-affirming way. It’s a very suitable way to honor the covid era. Bron's work is a celebration of the diverse aspects of Vashon Island life. This pairing will provide the perfect artistic statement to reflect the building of our choral music community afresh.
