ROCO Connections: Interwoven

Experience a one-of-a-kind performance as ROCO’s Connections series concludes at Buffalo Bayou Park Cistern with "Interwoven" — featuring the ROCO brass in a site-specific world premiere commission by Marcus Maroney!

With the special acoustics of the Cistern, ROCO is delighted to explore the unique opportunity to have a piece composed specifically for its 17-second reverberation. Marcus Maroney's skill at weaving instrumental sounds together and juxtaposing them against each other will take you on a sound journey inside one of Houston's most iconic spaces, based upon The Four Elements of Fire, Water, Earth, and Air.

Guests will have the opportunity to tour the Cistern plus enjoy the performance, which will be presented five times: at 10amam, 12pm, 2pm, 4pm, & 6pm.

Ages 9 and up only.
