Orion Youth Orchestra – A new, tuition free, high level orchestra conducted by Maestro José-Luis Novo. The Orion Youth Orchestra also marks the introduction of woodwind, brass, and percussion instruments to the Annapolis Symphony Academy.
Students of the Annapolis Symphony Academy perform side-by-side with the Annapolis Symphony Orchestra. The performance will also feature a special ceremony to award the first ever recipients of the Howard and Thea Pinsky Scholarship and the Patricia Edwards Scholarship. Following the performance attendees are invited to an ice cream social outside Maryland Hall.
