July 4 Concert at the Ballard Locks

Celebrate our Independence with a concert of familiar American music – a Band Concert in the Park! This will be on the lawn at the Locks; you are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chairs. Families and children especially welcome.
This concert is presented by the Friends of the Ballard Locks, as part of their 2022 Free Summer Concerts Series at the Locks.
The Friends of the Ballard Locks endeavors to identify, preserve, and make available records and papers, images, film, and artifacts of enduring historical value concerning the Hiram M. Chittenden Locks, Carl S. English, Jr. Botanical Garden, and the Lake Washington Ship Canal. The Friends perform this mission as individual volunteers for the Seattle District of the US Army Corps of Engineers with the common bonds of a desire to document the history of these sites and serve the local community.
