Stage 7 Pianos, Kirkland, WA, United States

PROGRAM
Included will be two seldom performed chamber works for violin, viola and double bass.
Erste Suite by Fritz Skorzeny and Divertimento in G by JB Vanhal.

Percussionist Don Dieterich will join us for several pieces including Take Five by Paul Desmond,
The Typewriter by Leroy Anderson, Flight of the Bumblebee, Begin the Beguine, and some Irish jigs. Don’s "drum set" includes a array of alternative percussion instruments including a desk (slamming drawers), typewriter, telephone, lampshade, desk bells, stampers, garbage cans, and a suitcase kick drum.

This unlikely quartet is energetic and whimsical, a real audience pleaser.
