Pianist Ching-Yi Lin and violinist Audrey Wright, perform Notes and Chords, Composition in Color: Sonata for Piano and Violin, The work was composed by Woody Lissauer. The musical score is an interpretation of 20 paintings by visual artist John Viles that are digitally projected on stage as the musicians perform. The interdisciplinary approach for this synesthetic collaboration is to cross connect idioms.
