Filene Center, Vienna, VA, United States

Featuring The Children's Chorus of Washington, Alexandria Harmonizers, Washington Gay Men's Chorus and the GenOUT Youth Chorus, The Duke Ellington School of the Arts Chorus, Towson University Singers, and the WPA Women, Men, and Children of the Gospel Choir.

Wolf Trap and The Washington Chorus are pleased to announce the creation of a new community choral festival celebrating the power of singing together to connect and inspire. This festival, led by The Washington Chorus's Dr. Eugene Rogers as festival Artistic Director, will feature a wonderful mix of the area's regional choirs across many styles and genres. This one-day festival will include short performances by each chorus on stage, and culminate in a combined performance of all participating ensembles on stage and include sing-along moments with the audience in a 7,000+ voice chorus. To make up the audience, choirs from across the region are encouraged to join as audience members, in addition to the general public. This event will be a musical moment to celebrate the power of music to unite and heal.

Gates open 90 minutes before the performance.
