The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra presents the first concert of its 2022-23 season with an in-person and live-streamed concert of Mendelssohn, Price, Gershwin, and Tchaikovsky. Mendelssohn's "Fingal's Cave" Overture opens the program, followed by pianist Michelle Cann performing Florence Price's Concerto for Piano in One Movement and George Gershwin's Rhapsody in Blue. Tchaikovsky's Orchestral Suite No. 3 in G closes the program. 

Tickets to this audience-favorite program are available at vancouversymphony.org or by phone at 360-735-7278. Tickets are available for in-person attendance at Skyview Concert Hall or to watch live online through the Virtual Concert Hall at the VSO website.

COVID-19 Protocols: Currently, the VSO requires that all patrons wear a face covering while inside the concert venue. This policy will be re-evaluated four weeks before each concert. Up-to-date safety precautions will be included on all ticket communications (emails, etc.).
