Sunday, March 5, 2023 @ 3:00pm – 6:00pm (PST)
Admiral Theatre, Bremerton, WA, United States

Bremerton WestSound Symphony and the Admiral Theatre will commemorate their 80th anniversary with a special concert on Sunday, March 5 at 3pm.

The orchestra will begin with Rossini's Barber of Seville Overture, which was the very first piece performed at the Symphony's inaugural concert in 1942. Next, guitarist Mark Hilliard Wilson, founder of the Seattle Guitar Orchestra, will perform as soloist with the symphony in Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez, the work that inspired recordings by both Miles Davis and Chick Corea. The concert concludes with highlights from Carmen, perhaps the world's most famous opera, featuring the Bremerton Symphony Chorale, with costumes provided by the Kitsap Opera.

Complimentary cake will be served on the floor level at intermission. Concessions will be available for purchase before the show and also at intermission.

Box office at the venue opens one and a half hours in advance of concert start time or purchase tickets online through the Admiral.
