Nationally renowned concert pianist, composer and recording artist Gregory Partain is returning to his hometown of Camas to perform a piano recital benefiting the Camas High School Choir at 7pm March 13. Partain, who graduated from Camas High School in 1978, has appeared as recitalist, chamber musician, and concerto soloist at venues around the world. Partain currently serves as a professor of music and music department chair at Transylvania University in Lexington, Ky.
Admission is free, but donations to the choir will help pay for a trip to New York City in 2024.
