Concert #1 (10:30am) includes a curated 4-course brunch: 

- Citrus Plate with Fresh Mint, Pine Nuts, and Rose Water
- Lebanese Mezze Brunch Board (olives, cheese, crackers)
- Ful Mudamas (simmered fava beans)
- Knafeh bi Jibn (a two-layer dessert made of semolina dough and unsalted cheese, baked and served with sugar syrup)

Concert #2 (2:30pm) includes Lebanese pastries such as za'atar rolls and bird's nest baklava.

About Julian Garvue, piano

Julian Garvue is a collaborative pianist from Seattle, WA. He has performed and recorded in genres ranging from classical to pop, and has performed at jazz clubs on both coasts of the US.

After graduating from the Eastman School of Music with a Double Bachelor's degree in Jazz Piano and Music Theory, Julian had a diverse freelancing career in Brooklyn, NY where he worked in such capacities as an accompanist for Columbia University's Musical Theatre program, choral pianist for Highbridge Voices in the Bronx, choir teacher for the Harmony Program in the Bronx, and ballet pianist for Alden Moves Dance Studio. From 2017 to 2018, he worked as an ArtistYear Americorps Fellow at PS 143Q in Corona, Queens, NY, where he taught music to over 500 elementary school students. Julian is also an accomplished composer.

About Stefan Schatz, drums

Stefan Schatz was born in New York City. After training early on as a classical percussionist, Schatz went on to study jazz at the New School in New York. Schatz has worked with jazz greats Dakota Staton, Jon Hendricks, Arnie Lawrence, Herman Foster, Teddy Charles, and Freddie Redd, and has toured internationally with the Chris Byars/Ari Roland Quartet, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Manhattan Tap, and the Mark Morris Dance Group. He has played on television and film soundtracks, commercials, numerous albums, and several Broadway shows. Schatz participated in the 2010 Grammy Award for Best Traditional Folk Album for his work on High Wide & Handsome: The Charlie Poole Project by Loudon Wainwright III.
