Friend of NOI+F and audience favorite John Morris Russell opens The Clarice's 36th National Orchestral Institute + Festival. Featuring dazzling operatic selections performed by the NOI Philharmonic and members of Wolf Trap Opera, the concert begins with staples from Bizet's Carmen – the famous overture, "Seguidilla and Habanera." Enjoy the mesmerizing "Flower Duet" from Lakmé and also works by Verdi like the triumphal march from Aida and "La donna e mobile" from Rigoletto.
