Hailed by Gramophone as "the Heifetz of the flute," flutist Marina Piccinini returns to the PCMS stage with "supremely musical" violinist Hye-Jin Kim (The Strad), "warmly communicative" cellist Peter Stumpf (Seen and Heard International), and pianist and Society favorite Cynthia Raim. This program features exciting and technically demanding repertoire for the flute and concludes with Mozart's Piano Trio in G major, the first of his later trios to be written for fortepiano, rather than harpsichord.
This performance will be presented in-person at Benjamin Franklin Hall, and online via free livestream at https://www.pcmsconcerts.org/concerts/livestreams/.
