Acclaimed soprano Melissa Wimbish returns to ACMF alongside the Xuberg Piano Duo of Alice Xu and Miles Fellenberg. Join us for an evening of works that examine ritual acts and pagan myth, including Felix Mendelssohn's Overture to A Midsummer Night's Dream, Benjamin Britten's Les Illuminations, and a piano duet version of Igor Stravinsky's seminal Le Sacre du Printemps.
About Xuberg Piano Duo
Xuberg Piano Duo (husband and wife Miles Fellenberg and Alice Chenyang Xu) has been actively performing in the east coast area such as Massachusetts, New York, Pennsylvania and more. They edited/rearranged the four-hands version of Beethoven's Symphony No. 7 by Hugo Ulrich and premiered it in 2021.
