Luigi Boccherini's music is instantly accessible because of its elegant, understated manner. Baroque guitar virtuoso Adam Cocherham joins an ACO string ensemble in a performance at the historic Salmagundi Gallery. The well-known "Passecaille" is recognized for its use in other contexts including the 2003 film Master and Commander. The Salmagundi Gallery is on the National Register of Historic Places, 5th Avenue at 12th Street in Manhattan.
Please note: This performance space is not handicap accessible. There are stairs to climb and no elevator, but once you're there, it's worth it!
