Trick or treat over to the Concert Hall for spooky, musical fun!

An October tradition! The Concert Hall transforms into a ghostly sight when ghoulishly attired National Symphony Orchestra musicians perform new and old classics to celebrate Halloween and Día de los Muertos. Emil de Cou conducts this festive family concert.

Arrive early for trick-or-treating and a special Haunted Hall Musical PLAYspace!

Most enjoyed by ages 5+.

Two performances on October 22, at 2pm and 4pm; the 2pm perormance is sensory-friendly. Sensory-friendly performances are designed to create a performing arts experience that is welcoming to all families, including those with children with autism or other sensory sensitivities. If you order these performances and do not require these Accessibility accommodations, your family is still very much welcome to attend.

Prior to each performance, the NSO Volunteer Council will hold a special Haunted Hall Musical PLAYspace, giving children the opportunity to try out the instruments they’ll see played on the stage.

Following the performance on Sunday, October 22 at 4pm, young audience members can ask questions and hear stories from the show’s artists and creative team.
