Our journey began with a shared passion for music and a shared concern for the state of mental health in our communities. The statistics surrounding mental health issues in our region were staggering. Many individuals, young and old, were silently struggling with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. It became evident that mental health issues weren't just personal struggles; they affected families, friends, and entire communities.
