"Two x Four" (two violinists x four composers) makes its return to the Fortas season for the first time since 2013. Violinists Jennifer Koh and Jaime Laredo are joined by members of the Juilliard Orchestra. Koh, who studied with Laredo at the Curtis Institute, created the project "as a musical means to honor our teachers, who are our thread to a long performance tradition." Showcasing double concertos, the program includes works by great composers of the past and current day.
