Malaika Sims Alvaro, soprano, made her New York Debut at the Weill Recital Hall at Carnegie Hall in 1999. She has since sung lead roles in many productions of the major national and international houses in opera and legit musical theater. Ms. Alvaro holds a B.M. from The Juilliard School and an M.M. from Manhattan School of Music as well as a certificate from the American University of Paris.
