At the February Valentine's Concert, we present the passionate and exciting Argentinian music of the Tango, featuring Astor Piazzolla's The Four Seasons In Buenos Aires. Adding to the enchantment, this captivating performance will include dancing expertly crafted by the renowned choreographer Lucy Bowen McCauley. Prepare to be mesmerized by the fusion of evocative music and captivating movements, as Lucy Bowen McCauley's choreography brings the essence of Tango to life on stage.
Enjoy the passionate, exciting music performed by three virtuoso musicians, violinist Leo Sushansky, cellist Stephen Honigberg and pianist Carlos Cesar Rodriguez. Some of the extraordinary instrumental music on the program includes the Grand Tango for Cello and Piano by Astor Piazzolla as well as Carlos Gardel's famous tango Por Una Cabeza (arranged by John Williams).
