GT Symphony Orchestra is joined by Chamber Choir, Chorale, and Treble Choir in presenting German composer Johannes Brahms' masterwork, Ein deutsches Requiem ("A German Requiem") with soloists Amanda Sheriff (soprano, Atlanta Opera Studio Artists) and Andrew Gilstrap (bass-baritone).

The GTSO will also present the Georgia Premiere of Reena Esmail's Ram Tori Maya featuring two GT Hindustani singers Aaditya Hingoo and Dhruv Pargai.

About Georgia Tech Symphony Orchestra

The advanced ensemble GTSO performs 4-6 concerts in an academic year. Concerts and repertoire expose participants to a variety of orchestral literature from the Classical through Contemporary periods, including operatic, popular and film music. Participation in the Orchestra broadens students’ skills and experience in performing, understanding and appreciation of great music.
